Hand sewn and constructed with strong serged seams, it's stretchy enough to slip on over the head but snug enough to prevent it from sliding off. It is made from double brushed poly/spandex fabric that has great stretch and recovery.

Ideal size for a snug but comfortable fit is a headband that is 1-2" smaller than the circumference of your head.
